This is a blend of crus from all of Pouillon’s holdings, its assemblage mirroring the composition of the estate with 65% pinot noir and 15% of chardonnay and 20% pinot meunier. 50% is fermented in enamelled tanks, 50% in oak. This is richly textured and silky, displaying aromas of lemon grass, strawberry and brioche.
